But it is a matter of regret that some of our rural illiterate people still cannot use it or dare not use it. We have to remember that if we want our own progress and development and even the development of the whole nation, we have to come forward to use this modern device in our daily life. When we‘ll be able to ensure its use for everyone, we can then demand our personal, social, economical as well as cultural progress.
